Shipping Policy

Most orders will be shipped by Purolator by the method the customer choses when ordering. We may, from time to time ship by another method, but only if this will not cause a delay in your shipment or increase the cost to you. For larger orders, we will arrange for lowest rate bulk transport to your location and inform you of the cost before shipping. You must confirm with us before we ship.

There may be additional fees if a bulk shipment (anything shipped as a pallet) is delivered to a residential address, or if there is no loading dock. Please let us know if this is the case when you place the order so we can give you a proper quote.

Items Damaged during shipping

When receiving goods, if damaged is detected, you must sign for it as damaged on the waybill.  Contact us with the details, and we will replace the item(s) at no charge.  We will arrange for the return shipping and provide an RMA (Returned-material authorization).


Wrong item orded

If the wrong item or quantity was ordered, and you would like to return some/all of the shipment, you will be required to pay the shipping, but your order will be refunded (minus a $20 restocking fee) as long as the product is returned in good condition.


Wrong item shipped

In the rare event that the wrong item was shipped to you, you have the option of returning part/all of the shipment at our expense, and we will correct your shipment free of charge. For bulk purchases, we will arrange shipping.
